How It Started

In 2001, I was working as an estimator for an insurance restoration company. I was independent, learning on the job, and grateful to have found someone who believed in me. That man was Larry Allen, and he didn't just trust me with work—he trusted me with his reputation. He mentored me, trained me in the real details of construction, and showed me what it meant to do things right.

After years of learning under his guidance, I decided to start Accelerated Development Inc. with his blessing. That decision came with a simple understanding: the people hiring us have worked hard to earn the money for their project. They deserve to feel confident about where it's going and who's handling it. That lesson from Larry became the foundation of everything we do.

Since then, we've built new homes and barndominiums in Prosper, added rooms to family houses, constructed barns, prepped land, and handled roofing work. The projects change, but the principle doesn't: we're careful about your investment because we know what it means to you.

What We've Learned
